Please make checks or money orders payable to David J. Bookbinder. I will send your prints as soon as I receive your payment.

Please calculate shipping charges as follows:

$5 for the first print ordered
$2.50 for each additional print.

Call or e-mail me if you need expedited shipping (available for a nominal additional fee).

Prints come standard in Lustre finish. If you prefer either a Matte or Glossy finish, please indicate this preference in the Additional Instructions field on the form to the left.
