I’m a big fan of experimenting, and this month I’m doing an experiment of my own that some of you might enjoy.
The experiment, for me, is to see whether the worlds of journaling and The Art of Balance can synergistically (I’ve always wanted to use that word) combine.
I’ll keep you posted.
Journaling experts, as well as self-help authors and teachers (including me), have donated free tools on journaling and related topics. The collection includes mini-courses on art journaling, bullet journaling, and therapeutic journaling, as well as books and book excerpts on creativity, relationships, and goal-setting.
Included in the collection is my book The Art of Balance Cheat Sheet, a quick overview of the six-step system for restoring and maintaining life balance described more fully in The Art of Balance: Staying Sane in an Insane World and the forthcoming online course Mastering the Art of Balance: Stay Sane in an Insane World.
These free tools are available this month in Journaling.com‘s ‘members only’ area. Membership is free, and new materials will be added at the beginning of each month.
See you in cyberspace,
